Module 8: Marketing (Strategies to increase Customers)
Covers the many strategies that can create more leads for your business and convert them into long term customers.
Module 9: Marketing (Strategies to increase Revenue)
Covers strategies that will get your customers spending more each visit and spending with you more frequently.
Module 10: Social Media
Highlights the importance of an online presence and how social media can create raving fans of your business and hence generate further leads.
Section 3: Company Identity and Direction Modules
Module 11: Vision, Mission and Culture
Helps you identify your vision, mission and culture so that you and your team are clear as to where your business is going.
Module 12: Company Structure and Succession Planning
Shows you how to design your company structure and identify the individual roles within the business – for both now and into your future growth. This puts a great structure in place to manage future staff movement.
Module 13: Business Plan
Shows you how to construct a business plan. We’ll bring together all that you’ve learnt in previous modules to formulate the perfect plan for your business.
Section 4: People Management Modules
Module 14: People Management Overview
Delves further into concepts introduced in the Company Structure and Succession Planning module. We’ll examine the importance of having clearly defined job descriptions, systems for rewards and incentives and ways to measure KPI’s for each position.
Module 15: Recruitment
Covers techniques for successfully recruiting people that will fit into the culture that you have created.
Module 16: Developing Your Team
Introduces the fundamentals of developing a highly successful and cohesive team.
Module 17: Managing Growth
This is one of the last modules in the coaching program and it focuses on how to deal with growth. Even though we’ve planned for growth in the previous modules we need to discuss the issues you may face as your business grows.
