How Innov8 Business Coaching Works
Innov8 Consulting provides one-on-one business coaching sessions in a supportive and confidential environment. You can choose to undertake a series of structured coaching sessions or simply focus each session on areas affecting you and your business.
The one-hour sessions can be conducted in person at your workplace or any other location that you are comfortable with or over the phone and are held weekly or fortnightly depending on your preference. This allows enough time between coaching sessions for you and your coach to implement any tasks agreed.
You’ll also have access to regular phone and email contact should you have any questions or concerns between sessions.
As a general guide, here is what happens:
- We will conduct a FREE 1 Hour Consultation which is an opportunity for you to ask any questions about coaching and for Innov8 to explain in detail how the process works and what is to be expected from the coaching relationship.
- The first and sometimes second coaching sessions will be devoted to gaining an indepth understanding of your business and to identify any urgent issues that may be impacting on the business’ success or future growth potential.
- We will then devise actions to overcome the most urgent issues.
- After any urgent issues have been addressed we can start to focus on your future plans and goals for the business.
- We can start working on putting actions in place to get the business closer to your goals. You also have the option to choose from the Innov8 Coaching Modules if there are particular aspects of business that you would like to learn more about.
Throughout this whole process, your business coach will be assisting you in any way possible to get the desired results for your business. This means that we will also take on action items to complete and your coach will be available for additional advice between sessions.
